Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to buy all organic food?

Suzy loves coaching people on when it is most beneficial to buy certain foods organic and when it doesn't really matter. There are certain foods that are heavily sprayed with chemicals like glyphosate which are wreaking havoc on our microbiome so she does suggest some fruits & vegetables to be organic, but not all!

Are the foods really expensive and I have to shop at specialty stores like Whole Foods?

No. Everything we cook with you can buy at any grocery store!

How long will each class be?

Each class will be about an hour, maybe a little longer with cleanup but Suzy loves efficiency so she has timed everything in her class to be as efficient as possible.

What is the cost?

The cost is $49 but if you sign up before the special ends, it will only be $29. That is less than $10 a class!! This is a steal and you have nothing to lose!

What if I want to keep learning from Suzy, does she offer more classes?

Yes, she has a variety of classes under the "Cooking Class" section of her website at www.learntocookhealthy.com. Her most famous program is called "Whole Foods 4 Life." If you are ready to dive in, the best value is the purchase the "All Seasons" package where you will get all 4 seasons for the price of only 2 seasons! However, if you're new to Suzy's teaching style and just want to start with something smaller, you can try one season at a time.
